What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
First and foremost, we look for candidates who embody our PRIDE values. This is the basis for everything we do, from the first interview we conduct to our ongoing performance management once a candidate becomes a team member. Beyond PRIDE we look for a few other common threads. We thoroughly examine each candidate’s employment history and tend to favor strong tenure and career moves that are made due to advancement. Another characteristic that can indicate a strong fit would be above average abstract reasoning. Candidates who can demonstrate strength in the areas of critical thinking and problem solving tend to thrive in our culture.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Our recruiters unanimously gave the same answer when posed this question. They all said a candidate who can clearly highlight their accomplishments on their resume will rise to the top of the list. It’s also important that candidates can speak to these accomplishments clearly during an interview. This coming year will not deviate far from prior years as we are continuing to grow and improve every area of the organization. We are going to be heavily focused on filling roles in sales, IT, analytics and various areas of our contact centers, which include customer service and collections, among others.
