  • Coupa Cares: We take corporate social responsibility seriously. Coupa offers paid time off to volunteer for Coupa sponsored volunteer programs or any volunteer program of the employee’s choice. Our employees have helped build houses for Habitat for Humanity, filled barrels for Toys for Tots, and worked at the food bank to name several recent examples. We also do volunteer work internationally with our international employees leading teams in India, Canada, Ireland, and the UK to name several countries.
  • Food Perks: Coupa provides catered lunches through Eat Club self-select service as well as featuring a fully stocked snack, breakfast, and beverage room on each floor.
  • Employee Referral Program: At Coupa we believe an effective way of increasing the success of hiring and retaining good people can fall in the hands of its own employees. Coupa provides cash awards of $2,500 for each referred employee hired.
  • Paid Time Off: Coupa offers an unlimited PTO policy that allows exempt employees to get the rest and relaxation needed to recharge. Non-exempt employees receive a competitive three weeks of PTO annually to be used as they see fit. We believe here at Coupa that a solid quality of life outside of work allows employees to be engaged and focused when at work.
  • Employee Discount Program: Employees can find substantial discounts on goods and services through our partnership with Fond, an employee perk company. Some popular items include reduced cost on movie tickets, gym memberships, and telecom services.
  • Total Rewards: We understand that employees need more than a competitive salary. Our health benefits are in the top 5% of Employee Health Benefits cost in Silicon Valley. Employees pay below market for the premiums for themselves as well as eligible family members. Dental and Vision coverage is free to employees and their dependents. Employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) with an annual $4,000 match and our FSA also provides a match of $250. Employees are eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), and the opportunity to receive restricted stock units.
