  • Cornerstone Cares Program: Employees can receive up to $5,000 for relief of personal hardships or disasters. During the recent Hurricane Harvey, Cornerstone has already paid out over $200,000 in funds to employees who were affected.
  • Fun Day: Once a month, we draw team member names for each year the company has been in service. These employees receive gift certificates as a Thank You. Gift certificates are given in $50.00 increments times the number of years of service.
  • Wellness Program: Company wide incentive based challenges. Incentives ranges from free Fitbits, fitness gear and cash prizes.
  • Caught in the Act: Employees nominate other employees when they are found doing something great. Employees receive a recognition plaque, Cornerstone gear and prizes such as airfare and hotels as they rack up stars and nominations.
  • Celebrate: Celebrate is a program developed to recognize all the great employees and programs available for them to use. Employees received, goodies, prizes, pizza parties and other fun activities.
  • Home Haunting: A team member costume contest company wide, where team members can enter to win in over 20 costume categories. Team members compete for the most votes to win gift certificates.
  • Team Member Appreciation: Team member appreciate is a themed event, this year was a super hero theme. Team members dressed up as super hero for the day, manager's served their team members home made pancake breakfast. The day is filled with fun games, riddles, prizes and Cornerstone gear.
  • Pie in the Eye for Charity: Pie in the Eye for Charity is a program where employees donate money to pie their favorite manager in the face. The pie can come at anytime during the day- while they are in the kitchen or walking in the hall. All proceeds are donated to a local charity.
  • Birthday Gifts: Each Team Member receives a personalized birthday card and gift on their birthday from the CEO and local manager.
  • President's Club: Working hard earns our top loan producers an all-expenses paid trip to beautiful locals both international and domestic. From the tropical beaches of Costa Rica to the latin flair of Miami, our team has experienced the best in food, wine, entertainment, tours, and fun. As if taking a guest on an amazing free vacation isn’t enough, team members and their guests are thrilled by private concerts with top recording artists and private parties and dinners at top wineries, breweries, restaurants, and beaches.
