In addition to GRIT, our prospective colleagues must have an entrepreneurial spirit, an empathetic mindset, the ability to take risks and the ability to make a sincere and emotional connection to our internal and external stakeholders.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Since Convene is in high-growth mode, we are focused on building out the teams in our two newest markets: Los Angeles and Boston. This year we will be hiring a CIO as well as building a robust technology team and infrastructure. It is also a priority to continue to grow our real estate team to support our growth in new cities, as well as expand our presence in existing cities. Finally, we intend to hire a Global Director of Recruitment to support our rapid growth.
