What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Present a very clean, well-organized resume that clearly communicates their skill set, as relates to the open position.
With all of the available information, educating themselves on our company and product before we have a phone interview, is very impressive.
During the phone interview, present a very professional demeanor along with a sense of humor as they clearly communicate during the conversation.
If the candidate has made it to the face to face interview, they need to show a high level of comfort and confidence while presenting themselves in ways that match the 4 Core Connectrac Values of being Positive & Energetic and Open Minded while discussing examples of their creative thinking and of how they have exemplified caring for others and the community.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Connectrac is a very dynamic and growing company. As a result of our ongoing growth, many opportunities for new positions will arise, but are as of yet unidentified.
For the foreseeable future, we are focusing on building a well-educated and grounded IT Department that will support off aspects of Connectrac.
