  • The Well: The Well is an on-site medical clinic available to all employees and their dependents. The Well is managed by Marathon Health, and can be used for primary care, occupational health needs, as well as programs to help maintain health. Services include urgent care needs, annual exams and screenings, immunizations and lab draws, prescription management, and health maintenance.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

At Concho we look for adaptability, critical thinking skills, sense of ownership/accountability, integrity, organizational fit, and humility. We use a behavior-based interviewing technique to ensure our applicants align with Concho's core values.This interview technique helps us to gauge how a candidate will act in a given situation and has the potential to tell us one of two things: first, that they possess the knowledge and skills for the position.
