  • The Reserve and The Battery: The Reserve is a full service on-site employee cafe managed by Eurest. Breakfast and lunch are served Monday-Fridays. The Reserve also offers "on-the-go" take home dinners which are available, Monday-Thursday.The Reserve is committed to serving Concho employees great food with seasonal and local flavors along with friendly and efficient service. The Battery is our on-site coffee/smoothie/snack bar serving employees Monday-Friday.
  • The Play: Within 2 blocks walking distance from Concho, The Play provides quality daycare for the children and grandchildren of Concho employees at a subsidized rate. The Play is operated by Bright Horizons, which is a nationally recognized provider of early education and child care.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

At Concho we look for adaptability, critical thinking skills, sense of ownership/accountability, integrity, organizational fit, and humility. We use a behavior-based interviewing technique to ensure our applicants align with Concho's core values.This interview technique helps us to gauge how a candidate will act in a given situation and has the potential to tell us one of two things: first, that they possess the knowledge and skills for the position. Second, it can show that they hold values and beliefs that are consistent with Concho's culture.
