Perks and Programs

We asked Collaborative Solutions to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Unlimited Time Off: At Collaborative Solutions, the task at hand determines the hours on the job. While that can mean working the occasional weekend, the company also offers unlimited paid time off and trusts its people to set aside downtime that works for them.
  • Healthy Inspiration: The company helps its team stay in shape with monthly fitness challenges, in office bio-metric screenings, healthy snacks in office kitchens and even free gadgets that help track diet, sleep and physical activity.
  • Social Hour: Employees at Collaborative's headquarters gather for Fiesta Fridays and after-work corn hole tosses on sunny days. Meanwhile, its California office prefers to host guacamole- and cocktail-making contests. The Chicago office hosts happy hours on the rooftop bar above the office and takes trolley rides around the city.
  • Mentoring: Lead consultants routinely team up with new hires for job shadowing that helps bring them up-to-speed on the company and its work.
  • Revolving Town Halls: Collaborative hosts a Revolving Town Hall in each of our US offices. The day is spent with the executive team, the office-based Collabies, and the Remote employees that were invited to fly in to join in the festivities. Each Town Hall is an open discussion with updates and news from the Executives. There is even an office-wide culture event in the evening.
  • Bonus Plan: Collaborative offers a robust, achievable bonus plan in addition to competitive compensation.
  • Collabies Giving Back: Collaborative encourages their employees to give back to local charities with their time and energy with unlimited volunteer days.
  • Opportunities Around The World: Collaborative Solutions has a global presence with seven regional offices as well as offices in Canada and Europe. If you enjoy traveling, there are many opportunities within Collaborative.
  • Learning & Development: Team members master new skills through the company's Collaborative &U program, as well as employee-hosted webinars and presentations. Full-time salaried employees receive an average of 120 hours of training each year. The company also sends consultants to Workday's annual professional services conference. Employees can earn certification across the full Workday platform.
