What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We are hiring people who are passionate about technology, our clients' mission, and working as a collabartive team. An ideal consultant has consulting experience, Salesforce experience as an admin or consultant and a deep knowledge of the nonprofit or higher education sectors.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

They should be active on the Salesforce communities, we believe that giving back to the Salesforce community makes us better at what we do. It would also help if they get multiple Salesforce certifications.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are mainly growing our consulting team.
