There are numerous ways in which a prospective employee can garner our attention for a probable position in our company. As a prospective employee, they can search for or keep track of job vacancies via our social media pages viz., Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus; professional networking sites like LinkedIn or they can directly visit our Career pages. Besides these, or management team can be easily reached via an email as well.
Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?
We are focused on hiring only the best employee and someone who can easily fit in with our work culture. Our induction procedure is designed to screen out the best in the candidates applying for a particular job profile. The first round is the screening process wherein employees are subjected to technical and behavior-based tests. If they are able to clear this initial round of screening they move into further stages of interviews. Machine tests to determine the technical skills of the candidates and to judge their problem-solving skills. The next is a round of interviews with the management and human resource departments, which is a further test on the candidate’s behavior and attributes. We induct candidates only when they manage to qualify the aforementioned tests and their behavioral attributes can conform to our company work culture.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are a growing company, both in terms of people as well as revenue and we are always looking at further expanding our work base.
