What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Clarity Voice was built and operates around their Code of Values: do the right thing, seek to understand, be humbly confident, dedicated, never satisfied, and serve before gain.  These shared values permeate throughout their hiring, training, and coaching processes.  Applicants should be prepared to understand our culture and our service, how they might thrive in such an environment, how they can contribute to our culture, and most of all how they can communicate and support the customer, maximizing their appreciation of our services and their contribution.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Clarity attracts applicants from a variety of sources.  We have an employee referral program where an employee can earn a $1000 bonus for referrals hired.  We also advertise on our website, job boards, at local universities, and job fairs.  When applying, add a note sharing how your education, skill set, and experiences as well how you feel that you would fit within our culture and enhance our customer’s user experience.
