  • Citrin Cooperman Cares: This is a one day volunteer opportunity across all Citrin Cooperman offices. The firm is closed on the first Monday in June and all employees choose (from a predetermined list of opportunities) a place to spend volunteering for the day. Citrin Cooperman also provides a monetary donation to each of the predetermined volunteer facilities.
  • Wellness Program: Citrin Cooperman's Wellness program fosters employees to make healthy choices. Employees who obtain an annual physical receive a 25% discount off their health insurance premium. There are also various challenges throughout the year (Walking, Maintain Don't Gain, Biggest Loser)
  • Summer Fridays: From Memorial Day through Labor Day the firm has 3pm Friday dismissal. One Friday each month is "Jeans with a Twist" where employees who wear jeans contribute $5 to a charity identified by CC.
  • Annual Halloween Party: Each office hosts a Halloween party where the employees can come to work in costume. The Managing Partner in each office also dresses in costume and gives an award for the best costume.
  • Jeans Fridays: The firms allows employees to wear jeans on Fridays. Each month one of those Fridays is called "Jeans with a Twist" where employees who wear jeans contribute $5 to a specific cause identified by CC.
  • Social Committee: Citrin Cooperman formed a Social Committee which is made up of employees from each office. The committee has formed the following clubs (tennis, bowling, softball, soccer, chess). These activities are funded by the firm
