We strive to solve problems that others shy away from; when you’re the trailblazer, many of the challenges you will tackle do not come with a roadmap. Show us how you’ve solved difficult problems, when you’ve challenged the status quo, how much passion you have for your craft, and what makes you exceptional.
Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?
If you’re an investment professional, you can expect to work through a rigorous case study for us to review. We’re interested in the choices and the thought process you deploy to reach them. If you’re interviewing for our quantitative strategies teams or software and technology teams, get ready to tackle some of the most complex technical problems you’ve ever seen. Once you complete your interview process with Citadel, you should have a pretty good sense of what it’s like to work here, because we model our interview process after the job itself.
