  • Chobani Shares: Recognizing the contributions and accomplishments of our employees comes in many forms, from peer-to-peer recognition to bonuses and merit pay increases to internal promotions to participation in Chobani Shares. Two years ago, we fulfilled Hamdi’s long-time dream of giving every full-time employee an opportunity to share in the growth of the company over time by announcing Chobani Shares. Chobani Shares gives every full-time employee an opportunity to share in the growth of the company over time. Ten percent of the business is set aside for employee-level participation at no cost to the employee. As Chobani grows and increases in value, so does the potential value of an employee’s participation units. For all of us, Chobani Shares represents a unique opportunity to create something exceptional for ourselves and our families—working together with a shared sense of purpose.
  • Parental Leave: Our Paid Parental Leave Policy provides our male and female employees six weeks of 100% paid leave to bond with a new child following birth, adoption, or placement of foster care. We want our employees to bond with their babies and return to their jobs feeling confident and ready.
  • Volunteer Opportunities: From a homeless shelter in New York City to a soccer tournament for kids in Idaho to the Special Olympics in upstate New York, we offer multiple opportunities per year – sometimes every week – for employees to join in on our efforts to give back to the communities in which we live and work. Over the past year, hundreds of Chobani employees have given thousands of hours working at our community-based sponsorships and activations.
  • Employee Appreciation: We annually host two important and highly-anticipated events for the entire team – Spring Celebration in March and Family Day in August. Hosted in all our locations, our Spring Celebration features farm-fresh harvest tables for employees to sample and take home fresh produce, and a spring-themed Chobani-branded gift such as seeds to plant or a Chobani cookbook. Our Family Day celebrations are held outdoors in the summer and are open to all employees and their entire families, featuring games, food, prizes and an ideal opportunity for family interaction.
  • Employee Recognition Program: Regular, immediate, specific and encouraging – that’s how we want to give feedback, recognition and rewards to our fellow teammates. Using the Bonusly app, our program does more than just offer a “thank you”– it offers strategic and immediate recognition and reward, shining a spotlight on people while the greater team learns of their achievements and celebrates their successes. Everyone gets 4 “cups” to give per month, at a value of $5 each. Awards can be “cashed in” for gift cards or Chobani gear, or donated to a charitable cause.
  • Free Yogurt: Chobani employees have access to free Chobani Greek and traditional Yogurt, whether it’s for enjoying at work or to take home to share with friends and family. And whenever we introduce a new product, we make sure employees are the first to get a taste – they’re our greatest brand ambassadors!
  • Chobani Gear: Chobani-branded gear is highly-prized, and we make sure each employee has some – through new hire gifts to special celebrations to volunteer recognition. They can also earn it through Bonusly, our employee recognition program. And when someone has a baby, we make sure we get them started right with the gift of a Chobani onesie!
  • Chobani Women: Our peer-driven women’s leadership group offers support and education for Chobani’s female staff, and all-inclusive activities – regardless of location, level or gender - such as a robust speaker’s panel series taking place in each of our physical locations. Recent seminars included visiting speakers from the US Women Olympic Hockey Team, the Obama Administration, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Soul Cycle, the NFL and Sam’s Club.
  • Chobani Gives: “Giving back” is one of our founding values. We take great pride in how much time our employees give not only to our company-sponsored engagements, but also to their own charitable causes. This fall, we’ll multiply that giving back power by offering each employee three paid hours of volunteer time – to be used at the charitable organization or cause of their choice.
  • Employee Referral Program: At Chobani, our most important asset is our people. With a rapidly-growing team and an ever-changing business, sometimes it’s hard to find the right people for the right jobs – that’s why we often rely on recommendations from within our own team. Who knows what qualifies a person to be a member of Team Chobani better than our own employees?
