Perks and Programs

We asked Ceros to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • The Ceros Pub: We have a full English-style pub in our office with 2 beers on tap at all times.
  • Quarterly Goal Celebrations: Each team gets to have a fun outing of their choice if the company meets their quarterly sales and retention goals. For example, the marketing and BDR team went to Barcade (an arcade / bar) to celebrate hitting the Q4 sales target.
  • Town Hall Meetings: Every spring, we sit down and review as a team what we've achieved. It's also an open forum for employees to ask any questions they want to our CEO and execs.
  • Passion Presentation: As part of the hiring process, every candidate has to present on a topic they're passionate about for 10-15 minutes. All employees are invited to watch. For example, our Senior Marketing Manager Brad wrote a song about Ceros for his passion presentation called "Unlock Creativity."
  • Company Breakfast: Every Wednesday morning, we have breakfast together and catch up across departments.
  • Career Development Courses: Any Ceros employee can enroll in work-related online courses from For example, our director of customer support took a few Lynda classes on Google Analytics to help clients with GA setup on their content.

How to Get Hired

We asked Ceros for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We look for employees who are passionate, creative, and do their homework about our company. We also look for transparency when speaking to both strengths and weaknesses. We've cultivated a culture of honesty, and we want employees who contribute to that culture.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

If you want our attention, do something really unique and interesting.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We'll be investing heavily in building out our sales, customer success, and creative services teams in 2017.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

Check out our blog, our website, and if you're in NYC, attend an event at our office so we can meet in person!
