Diligence - We look for candidates who have demonstrated past career success because they have planned and prepared to succeed. Optimism - We value candidates who are confident in their ability to take on challenging projects and succeed. This confidence does not come from arrogance, but rather preparation. Agility – We look for candidates who have encouraged change in order to achieve success in the past.
