What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about what they do, have a strong work ethic, demonstrate integrity, and have a desire to learn and grow in their career. These characteristics guide our employees in successfully partnering with our clients, delivering excellent customer service, and adhering to claim handling instructions and best practices. We pride ourselves in developing our staff by providing new challenges within their existing positions, as well as future growth opportunities.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees gain our attention by first having a strong and well written resume for our review. They further impress us with professional dialogue throughout the interview process and having researched our company’s website and / or social media sites. Candidates that are eager to learn and perform for the company -which can be heard in their voice- is another way for them to stand out during the review process.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
CCMSI is a growing organization who is consistently recruiting for skilled Workers’ Compensation, Multi-Line Liability claim adjusters throughout all of our offices nationwide as well as Underwriters and Information Technology professionals. We anticipate this need to continue in this upcoming year. In addition, we will be focused on hiring Interns through our CCMSI University college internship program.
