Perks and Programs

We asked Catapult Health to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Wellness Program: Catapult offers several wellness challenges throughout the year to keep our employees active and healthy! When completed, employees receive either an additional PTO day or a generous contribution to their HSA account.
  • Community Service: Catapult is very big on serving our community! Whenever an employee serves the community, the employee is still paid for the day!
  • Various themed "healthy" gatherings: Catapult will host several gatherings throughout the year to promote a fun culture. One of our latest gatherings was a conjunction of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and "National Mean Girls Day". Everyone came to work dressed in pink then gathered for a company "snack-time" with healthy snacks
  • Halloween Contest: Halloween is a very big holiday at Catapult. We have individual, team and department based contests that get pretty competitive! The winners will receive a generous prize
  • Cooking Contests: We have themed cooking contests throughout the year that also get very competitive. One of our latest was a homemade salsa contest for the start of Football season!
  • Cata-Baby showers: Starting and growing families tends to be something that our employees do. Catapult takes the stance of celebrating it! We have a corporate baby shower, on-site, for any employee that is having a new baby (Male or Female).

How to Get Hired

We asked Catapult Health for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

1. Teamwork – develops strong partnerships and supports team members 2. Communication – expresses ideas clearly and persuasively and understands the viewpoints of others 3. Customer focus – strives to exceed customer expectations 4. Managing work – executes plans and organizes resources to achieve business objectives

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Just be themselves in the interview! We have a very "light" and "airy" culture, so it's always important to find people that compliment that. Their qualifications and accolades will speak for themselves!

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Just continuing to recruit more health technicians and team leads as we continue to acquire new business in new parts of the country.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?

Stay connected with us on our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) as well as check our website regularly!
