  • Women's Leadership Call: Our VP of HR hosts a monthly Women's Leadership Call with varying topics. This year we have had women tell the stories of their careers, making it an open forum for discussion and questions.
  • Lead Call: Our VP of HR hosts a monthly leadership call for all upcoming and current managers, to further develop their skills and create a platform for ideas and discussions about various topics.
  • Annual Baseball Game: CSU hosts annual baseball games in each region, allowing employees in the surrounding areas to meet up and enjoy fun team bonding!
  • Give-A-Wow: This platform allows peers and managers to formally recognize employees for going above and beyond in their position. Each recognition comes with a point value and the employees can purchase tangible items with the accrued points.
  • Senior Leadership Conference: Each year there is a Senior Leadership Conference to discuss strategy, company values and how we want to continue to grow our business.
  • Office Olympics: The larger offices hold annual Office Olympics, where they break off into teams and spend a day enjoying some friendly competition for bragging rights!
