What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We look for these characteristics: compassionate, empathetic, open-minded, resourceful, organized, diligent, honest, and coachable. Determination, persistence, flexibility, ability to get along and work with others, positive attitude, and work ethic.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
A well-written resume will grab our attention. We look at the applicant's work experience, academic background, and confidence level when it comes to knowing what their passion is. We pay close attention to the applicant's communication skills (verbal and written), ability to identify his or her strengths, and capacity to problem-solve. We prefer to hire an applicant who can work independently, is goal-oriented, proactive, and responsible—someone who is happy to learn new things and willing to take on new challenges.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are focused on hiring employees for our Payroll/Accounting, Human Resources, Case Management, and Client Services Departments this year, along with Basic Personal Care Assistants and Home Care Aides.
