Prospective employees who submit a thoughtful, strongly written resume that offers insight into the applicant as an individual and respond to all questions asked in the job posting tend to stand out as potential "Capstonians." Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
1. Help Desk Technician/Computer Support Specialist - responsible for responding to and assisting clients with resolving common technical issues, while meeting customer service and response time (SLA) objectives. The ideal candidates will have experience in explaining complex solutions to intricate problems and will thrive on helping people reach their goals. We’re looking for team-oriented, highly motivated professionals with backgrounds in IT.
2. Systems Administrator/Computer Technician - install, tune, configure and upgrade Windows and OSX hardware/software and peripherals, identify/repair operating systems infected with viruses and/or malware, perform print setup/repairs, as well as install/setup troubleshoot mobile devices. You will gain direct experience with O365, Cloud Services, Windows server and LAN/WAN technologies across multiple client environments.
