What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Brandify hires with 3 things in mind; are you a 1. Cultural fit? (we are very protective of the overall happiness of all who work at Brandify in addition to the company's overall persona) 2. Organizational fit? (is there a position for you within the organization that will meet company needs while also providing the best successful challenging & innovative workspace). 3. Skills Assessment? (do you have the necessary skills to not only execute the role but optimally set you up for prime success). Overall we look for candidates that have the will to learn! Skills can be taught and over time strengthened, but in an ever-changing world of innovation, the will to grow and evolve is essential to success.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
As crazy as it sounds - Just be Yourself! We have had candidates who have sent in resume videos, written poems and sent in letters/ postcards and recorded podcasts to our corporate headquarters explaining why they should be Brandify family members. We have had candidates tag our company's People Officer in postings on social media & LinkedIn and even had a candidate send over cookies with our logo frosted on top. We are simply drawn to revolutionary, talented, everyday awesome people. There is a factor of greatness in everyone, and we pride ourselves on finding that greatness and showcasing it.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are always looking for remarkable people to join our family with new roles emerging every quarter.
