  • Town Halls: Brandify has monthly Town Halls where the Brandify family gathers to review what happened during the month, celebrate achievements, discuss the execution of projects per department and begin planning for the next month. They are transparent and centered around Q&A, music, food and our team!
  • Brown Bag Lunches: Our fearless leader Manish Patel (C.E.O) host Brown Bag Lunches once a month, where he eats lunch with our work family and discusses everything under the sun BUT WORK! The lunch attendees are randomized and further help foster relationships. It's a fan favorite!
  • Brandify E library: Our book or movie library is available 24/7 to all Brandify family members. Any recommendations we receive are placed on the Brandify E-library for team members and their families to enjoy. Whether they are books needed for classes, certification prep books, books for school, New York bestsellers, Oscar award winning movies or brand-new blockbusters we have what you're looking for in the E-library.
  • Hero of the Month: Every month team members get to nominate other team members who they think have exemplified heroic qualities. A Brandify Hero is: a person who, in the opinion of others, has extended their abilities, or personal qualities with the motive to help others. Heroes are regarded as role models and do things that others long to emulate or are inspired by. Heroes are the embodiment of Brandify's Mission and Vision! An amazing company trophy is awarded which belongs to that team member for the entire month until they hand it off to the next Hero. Additionally, money is awarded! who doesn't like money? The winner is announced during our Town Hall.
  • Employee of the Month: Every month Managers and Executives nominate a team member who went above and beyond to contribute to our 7-star experience; whether it be through producing excellent work, service or encouragement. The winner gets a Visa gift card and glorious company praise. The winner is announced during our Town Hall.
  • Monthly Activities: Every month Brandify participants in fun activities, events, and celebrations for the entire team to take advantage of! We have had yoga instructors and masseuses come in, food cooking competitions, sport outings & competitions, games, charity events, community activities, office games, impromptu breakfast and lunches, happy hours, movie nights, live stream sport events, department competitions, gift giveaways, scavenger hunts, national holiday outings ie; mothers/fathers/ valentines day, celebrating team member milestones ie; marriages, baby showers you name it! We are always looking for great ways to engage and celebrate our best asset- OUR TEAM!
  • Family Meals: At least once/twice a month we all partake in a huge catered family meal. It's a perfect opportunity to eat, laugh and share those wonderful weekend stories we're all dying to hear. There are always plenty of new and exciting food options, so needless to say it keeps our Brandify foodies wonderfully in bliss. 
  • Vendor Visits: We make sure that our family members are informed and taken care of onsite! Brandify quarterly has routine visits from financial services to review- 401K's, money management, investment banking etc. We also make sure our medical team is onsite so you can visit the doctor between your daily appointments or just have a 1:1 consultative appointment. Whether it's your money, your health, or your family we are taking care of it all.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Brandify hires with 3 things in mind; are you a  1. Cultural fit? (we are very protective of the overall happiness of all who work at Brandify in addition to the company's overall persona) 2. Organizational fit? (is there a position for you within the organization that will meet company needs while also providing the best successful challenging & innovative workspace). 3. Skills Assessment? (do you have the necessary skills to not only execute the role but optimally set you up for prime success).  Overall we look for candidates that have the will to learn! Skills can be taught and over time strengthened, but in an ever-changing world of innovation, the will to grow and evolve is essential to success. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

As crazy as it sounds - Just be Yourself! We have had candidates who have sent in resume videos, written poems and sent in letters/ postcards and recorded podcasts to our corporate headquarters explaining why they should be Brandify family members. We have had candidates tag our company's People Officer in postings on social media & LinkedIn and even had a candidate send over cookies with our logo frosted on top. We are simply drawn to revolutionary, talented, everyday awesome people. There is a factor of greatness in everyone, and we pride ourselves on finding that greatness and showcasing it.
