Perks and Programs

We asked Branded Group to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Branded Group Wellness Plan: Employees are encouraged to participate in positive lifestyle activities that support the eight dimensions of wellness (emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual). In doing so, they earn incentive points towards wellness related rewards, including gift cards, gym accessories, and paid time off. Monthly challenges and gym reimbursement are also offered.
  • Be Better Awards: The Be Better Awards program is designed to reward team members who integrate the company’s core values into their daily lives. When the first value is demonstrated, the team member earns a personalized tool belt. They must then demonstrate the additional five values to complete the tool belt, earning one “tool” per value. Once complete, the team member’s accomplishments are celebrated, and he/she is treated to dinner with the executive team.
  • One For One Program: Branded Group’s award-winning social impact program, One-for-One, transforms each completed client service call into to one minute of volunteer time with Habitat of Humanity of Orange County. Since 2016, Branded Group team members, who are compensated for their time, have volunteered over 225 hours. They have also participated in multiple Team and Leader’s Build Days, Women’s Build Days, and volunteered time in ReStores, Habitat’s local home improvement thrift store. For 2018, Branded Group has committed to 250 volunteer hours with Habitat, the equivalent amount of time to build an entire house. This commitment to Habitat for Humanity of Orange County aligns with Branded Group’s vision to build a conscious business that inspires future humanitarian leaders. Every year, customers are informed of the difference their calls make with personalized emails, noting the number of hours volunteered, from Michael Kurland, Branded Group’s CEO. They are also invited to volunteer with our team.
  • Fun Run Friday: Each month, Branded Group team members participate in a 5K Fun Run. This team event garners over 50% participation as a team gather in a variety of locations to walk or run at the start of the workday. All levels of management take part as they show their commitment to fitness and health. Breakfast is provided afterwards as well as water before the race. Remote office personnel also participate in their specific locations. Team members are compensated for their time.
  • Days of Purpose: Our vision at Branded Group is to build a conscious business to inspire future humanitarian leaders. In making this vision come alive every day for our team, we created the “Days of Purpose” program which will provide each full-time Our vision at Branded Group is to build a conscious business to inspire future humanitarian leaders. In making this vision come alive every day for our team, we created the “Days of Purpose” program, which will provide each full-time Branded Group team member an opportunity to participate in a volunteer activity for the nonprofit organization of their choice and be compensated for the time. This program, to be launched in 2Q2017, supports our Be Better value of Being Altruistic.
  • Quarterly Incentive Plan: Branded Group has a comprehensive performance management program in place where each employee is responsible for accomplishing their specific objectives that align and support corporate goals. These individualized plans are developed and discussed between each employee and their supervisor to include business as usual as well as stretch goals. When employees meet or exceed these goals, they can be awarded with a bonus each quarter in recognition of their accomplishments. These quarterly disbursements, instead of year-end bonuses, incent employees to do their best on a daily basis.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Branded Group supports our team’s dedication to furthering their education by providing $2000 in educational reimbursements towards the cost of tuition, exams, or course fees. Team members are eligible after one year of employment. Additional degrees, certifications or licenses may positively impact business decisions on career opportunities.
