  • Professional Development Benefit: We provide each BVAccel team member with a quarterly budget for continuing education. Our “Optimize Inward” value attracts lifelong learners to our team and encourages all of our team members to pursue continued experience and skill set growth in their particular area of expertise.
  • Paid Parental Leave: As we continue to grow, we are focused on becoming a more parent-friendly team. We recently rolled out a gender-neutral Paid Parental Leave program focused on providing new parents on the team great financial support during such a demanding life transition (12 weeks paid leave for new parents).

We are actively growing on many of our teams, specifically Front-end Development, Account Strategy, Project Management, and Design, so we are looking for candidates with strong eCommerce knowledge, technical aptitude, and a tenacious spirit!
