Some of the key characteristics that make for great BrainStorm employees are passion, organization, flexibility, a work hard, play hard attitude, being people-focused, and the ability to learn and relearn as necessary.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Our culture is very important to us, and we want to make sure that you are a good match for our company and that we’re a good match for you. Some of the best ways to stand out are to be passionate, be driven to excellence, show care for others, be proactive in reaching out to us, and just be yourself. If you are passionate about corporate learning, great! But if you are passionate about hang gliding or volunteering, we want to know that too. If you’re authentic and show us your best self, you’ll stand out.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
As a growing company, there is always room for the right person. We make it a habit to always keep our eyes open for great talent. If you come in for an interview and we find you to be a good fit for the company we will find you a place, even if it is in a different position than what you applied for.
