What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
If you display initiative, confidence, emotional intelligence, and maturity then we believe you will be an excellent fit at BP3. A passion for the technology and products we work with doesn't hurt either.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
BP3 is always looking for talented, motivated, and energetic people to join our team. We are the experts in BPM and are therefore seeking professionals with specific BPM experience and a desire to work with customers and team members in a collaborative way. We'll be hiring more technical consultants and software developers, along with a variety of other roles in the next year.
