  • Free Health Insurance: BP3 pays 100% of health insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents. In addition, BP3 contributes monthly into each employee's health savings account - $200/month ($2400 total over the course of a year).
  • Student Loan Benefit: BP3 offers a student loan debt repayment match of up to $100/month for 1 member of the employee's household. Meaning, the employee can enroll, or if the employee does not have student loans but their spouse / child does, then their spouse / child can enroll in the program and receive the matching benefit.
  • Quarterly Bonuses: BP3 pays quarterly bonuses. Bonuses depend primarily upon BP3 performance, BP3 forward-looking business prospects, and thirdly upon the employee's individual contribution to BP3’s overall performance.
