What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We use a combination of computer assessment, verification of resume, and a robust interview process to ensure a good fit. The computer assessment provides information on learning, verbal, and numeric skills; reasoning as well as behavior traits such as sociability, independence, energy level, and assertiveness. The resume and interview assess experience, qualifications, and fit with our company’s culture. Above all else, we are looking for individuals of high character to join our firm and we use the aforementioned tools to identify this trait. We have also found that when we identify a great team-player in the prospect's history, showing that they are clearly hard-working; have a servant/serving approach and attitude, both internally with colleagues and externally to customers; posess a very positive attitude and outlook on life; thrive in a very fast-paced and constantly changing culture; then this individual is highly likely to do well at BluSky.
