  • Fitness Reimbursement: As a part of our benefits package, BlueVine offers a generous fitness reimbursement program as a perk to keep our employees happy and healthy! Full time employees qualify for a reimbursement of up to $150.00 per month to be used towards a recurring monthly membership at their fitness center of choice.
  • Commuter Program: BlueVine participates in the Caltrain Go Pass program which provides unlimited train access to all employees at the Redwood City location. Our building also offers free onsite parking to all employees who are unable to take advantage of the Go Pass.
  • Referral Program: BlueVine encourages everyone to help recruit the best possible talent to our team. Positions open for a recruiting bonus are posted on the BlueVine career's page along with the job description/qualifications. Referrals that meets the qualifications of the job and completes 60 days of employment will result in a bonus of $500 to the referring employee. The bonus is available to all director and below positions.
  • Beer N' Banter: BlueVine hosts twice monthly Beer N' Banter sessions where executives and team leaders present updates and give all employees the chance to stay connected with other functions within the company and ask questions! The team gathers together to learn and socialize over drinks and welcome new-hires during these sessions.
  • Employee Engagement: BlueVine provides all teams with funds to join together outside of work for fun team building and social events. In the past, teams have planned trips to Tahoe, gone go-carting and indulged in meals at some of the best restaurants in the Bay Area.

At BlueVine we look for individuals that will bring a track record of success, innovative thinking, and a great attitude into our workplace.  We pride ourselves on having individuals with great ideas willing to take on any task that comes along and solving it in an innovative and timely way! We also think attitude and culture is extremely important, so we are always looking for "do-ers" that take on a problem with a can-do attitude!
