  • Unlimited PTO: Our PTO policy allows Bluecorian's the flexibility to take the time they need to live a balanced and fulfilling personal life, without PTO accruals, maximums, or balances.

  • VIC Awards: Two winners every quarter are recognized for their personification of our Values, Impact on our business and contribution to our Culture. Nominees are recommended by their peers. The winners are announced in Town Hall and get to expense up to $3000 for a get-away of their choosing!
  • Daily Catered Lunch: We provide catered lunch daily in addition to snacks and beverages in our kitchen. Lunch includes fresh, healthy recipes that are inspired by a variety of cuisines, employee suggestions and dietary restrictions. Healthy snacks like apples, avocados and greek yogurt, in addition to cereals and chips are in stock so our team stays satisfied throughout the day. Coffee, espresso and cold beverages too.
  • Inter-departmental Happy Hours: Every month, 2 departments are paired for a happy hour event with first round on Bluecore. Our company is growing fast and we want to make sure social relationships are developed and nurtured outside of the office.
