What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
A great fit for Blue Beyond is someone who is a creative problem solver, excellent at managing and galvanizing
teams to achieve business outcomes. Someone who knows how to use a wide variety of channels, tools and
technology for communication and employee engagement. They can create and manage stellar project plans, drive
execution, and anticipate potential problems to produce contingency plans. They can quickly analyze scenarios and
“connect dots” to determine where value can be added. They are a fantastic writer, editor and storyteller in a variety
of formats (e.g. web, blogs, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). It is important to them to build strong relationships with co-
workers and clients. They have a learning mindset, listen well, and show up with authenticity and genuine care for
co-workers and clients.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We are wowed by candidates that are willing to talk about their bumps in the road along with their accomplishments.
