Nominations are currently being accepted online and will be reviewed by a selection committee including leaders from Great Rated! and Recruiting Trends. The winner of the Recruiter of the Year Award will be honored October 29 at the Recruiting Trends Conference in Las Vegas.

The Recruiting Trends Conference will be held October 28-30 at the Mirage Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The conference agenda features keynote sessions from Peter Cappelli, Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources, and Dr. John Sullivan, HR thought leader and author. The main conference program has been approved for 11 credit hours through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Great Rated! will participate in the exhibition and we look forward to the opportunity to talk to all the recruiters in attendance.

The selection committee is seeking currently practicing recruiters whose work in the field exhibits professionalism, effectiveness, fearlessness and innovation.  The nomination period for the Recruiter of the Year Award will close on Monday September 15, 2014.
