What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Prospective employee must be motivated to do well, be an active contributor to his/her team and the company and must be a self-starter. Must care about the company, about their team, about their work; should be seeking an environment which prioritizes team work / team success over that of an individual. We are looking for employees who seek work-life balance and understand our culture and that we are a startup, so employees wear many hats. Prospective employees should be comfortable working in a flexible working environment, be looking for significant growth opportunity and be willing to take the "startup risk."

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Positions we'll be hiring for in 2017: Engineering (Software Developers, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, SEs, Technical Marketing Engineers), Sales, Business Development, Channel Product Manager. Attributes of ideal candidates: prospective employees should believe in our mission and prove they can be a change agent by demonstrating innovation in every aspect of what he/she does, prospective employees should be able to demonstrate a history of building successful products and that he/she has made significant and meaningful contributions in previous roles.
