  • Fun and Activities: Best Market holds gatherings throughout the year to allow Team Members to get together outside of the work environment, such as company fishing trips and baseball picnics to name a few. Additional in store events include Hoagies for our Heroes and Have it your way BBQ's where Best Market provides lunch to our Team Members to recognize them for exceptional effort and excellent results.
  • Employee Referral Program: Team Members know the needs of our stores and our company culture better than anyone else and are often the best situated to find and recruit applications to fill open positions. Team Members complete a referral form for a referral they have provide to the company, if the applicant is hired, Team Members are eligible to earn a bonus of up to $250 for a full time referral and $125 for a part time referral.
  • Team Member Discount: Best Market offers our Team Member Discount Card for all Team Members who have been employed with us for at least 3 months. This card entitles our team members to a 10% discount on all purchases made at any Best Market location, as well as a 50% off discount on our sandwich, salad, and fruit cup lunch program.
  • Paid Time Off: Best Market recognizes that our Team Members need to take time off occasionally, to rest and relax, to enjoy a vacation, or to attend to personal matters. That is why we offer a paid vacation and personal/sick day program to both part time and full time Team Members. After one year of employment Team Members receive 1 week vacation, after 2 years of employment 2 weeks of vacation annually, and after 5 years of employment 3 weeks annually. Team Members are eligible for 6 personal/sick days annually. Best Market also provides paid time off for bereavement.
  • 401-K Retirement Plan: Best Market offers a 401-K retirement plan to Team Members. Best Market offers a 50% employer match on the first 6% of Team Member contribution.
