What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We want to speak with candidates that will work hard, add value, embrace our culture, and want to both grow and make a lasting impact on the company! A candidate who demonstrates a positive mindset towards challenges, both in life and on the job, will be a great fit for BHG.
We place a high value on candidates who demonstrate attributes such as PMA (positive mental attitude), loyalty, being a team player, and who are willing to bring ideas and energy to the table.
As an employee of BHG, the candidate must be able to learn from mistakes or failed attempts and be ready to try again. Working in teams towards both departmental and company-wide goals at BHG demands an attitude of respect for others and loyalty to our shared purpose.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Simply put—candidates should just be themselves. When you speak to someone on the Talent Acquisition Team, be honest and upfront about your goals and what you’re currently looking for in a job. We take pride in the hiring experience and want it to be a win/win for both BHG and the candidate!
