  • On-Site Gym Facilities: BHG offers employees a workout break during business hours. The corporate headquarters features a 2,500 sq. ft. on-site gym with bikes, free weights, weight machines and shower facilities, plus a variety of group fitness classes and one-on-one coaching. The financial headquarters and national marketing office have an equivalent on-site gym facility with a personal trainer and group classes like yoga, spin and circuit training. As an employee of BHG, the candidate must be able to learn from mistakes or failed attempts and be ready to try again. Working in teams towards departmental and company-wide goals at BHG demands an attitude of respect for others and loyalty to our shared purpose.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
