What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Candidates don't need to be flashy to get our attention. We carefully consider every application, so be sure all your application materials accurately reflect your skills and experience. Once the technical requirements are met, we dedicate time to getting to know qualified applicants beyond their resumes. We look for unique and diverse perspectives to add to our teams. We search for candidates who are humble enough to receive feedback, yet confident enough to take the lead, regardless of title or position. We love people who value high-quality results, are thoughtful in their actions, and who are genuine. So, just be yourself and show us how you can help us become better.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
This year, we’re looking for highly-talented UX designers, personable HR Project Managers, and thoughtful Account Executives. We’ll also be hiring for multiple roles that will help us grow and develop new business channels. That being said, we will hire multiple roles for every single department this year and are constantly looking for people who can help us become better. We’re growing incredibly fast but at a deliberate, strategic pace so that we can maintain our award-winning company culture.
