At BAM, individuals across all departments (investment and middle/back office) operate as a team. What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
A strong resume showcasing transferable skills and an exceptional reputation in the industry will grab our attention. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Portfolio managers and investment analysts continue to be top priorities for hiring as they are the engines that drive our business. This year, we are focused on continuing to hire the highest caliber of individuals to join our portfolio teams across all market sectors and investment strategies. In addition, we are in search of strong individuals to join our middle/back office to help grow and sustain the infrastructure that supports our business.
