  • BKS Vitality: BKS-Partners combines colleague wellness, safety and professional development under one banner called BKS Vitality™. BKS-Vitality offers a variety of seminars and workshops on topics such as stress management, identify theft, self-defense, financial statements and nutrition. BKS-Partners’ director of wellness is available to confidentially coach individuals seeking to achieve personal wellness goals. Colleagues who complete their Vitality™ program goals receive either a $100 cash incentive or a medical premium holiday in December.
  • Generous PTO Policy: In addition to 9.5 paid holidays per year, all full-time colleagues of BKS-Partners start with a bank of 15 days of PTO on their first day of employment. The amount of PTO increases on milestone anniversaries up to 6 weeks.
  • Community Service PTO: BKS-Partners offers a unique benefit called Community Service PTO. Each colleague can donate three days of additional paid time off to support the charities and service organizations of their choice.
  • BKS Casual: BKS-Partners believes life is too short to wear pantyhose. Colleagues at BKS pay $1 to dress down on Fridays. Casual-for-a-Cause donations are tallied up twice a year and donated to three nonprofits voted on by colleagues. BKS-Partners also encourages colleagues to rock casual wear on Mondays for exceeding firm financial goals (unless colleagues are meeting with clients, of course!).
