What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We look for three characteristics: Humble (Will they be a good team player?), hungry (Are they a continual learner?) and smart (Can they be in tune with those they work with?).
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We always pay close attention to a candidate who has educated themselves on our technology and our business and who we think will work well with our team. Of course, it’s important to have the right skills and experience, but, to us, fitting in with our culture is equally valuable.
