Badger Mining is a team-oriented company.  We hire associates who are committed to excellence and have a passion for satisfying our stakeholders.  We seek associates who can work as a team member, take initiative to continously improve themselves and work processes, consider safety as their utmost priority, have a sense of environment responsibility, strive for quality in all their endeavours and make the work place an enjoyable place to be.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Demonstrate a commitment toward safety not only in the work place but in their personal lives as well.  Since teams are the foundation of our business, having any kind of successful team experience, particularly in a work environment, would be beneficial.

Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?

Badger Mining Corporation searchs for individuals that would be the best fit for a team.  As a result members of the team perform the interview process and ultimately make the decision on which candidate will join them. Interview team size varies by the team for which the hiring is being done.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are looking for a public relations associate who would be responsible for leading and directing Badger Mining Corporation's internal and external communications.  This individual will communicate strategies and serve as key spokesperson and media contact for Badger Mining Coporation.
