  • Sabbaticals: Autodesk provides all eligible, full-time employees with six weeks of paid time off – every four years. Sabbaticals are a unique opportunity to do what you love. Many employees travel, volunteer, or spend quality time with friends and family all while getting well-deserved rest and relaxation.
  • Autodesk Foundation: The Autodesk Foundation provides support through grant funding, software, technical training, and industry expertise to grantees in architecture, engineering, product design and manufacturing, visual effects, gaming, and related fields who are creating solutions to the world's most pressing social and environmental challenges. Over $20-million was donated through the Foundation last year.
  • Employee Impact Program: Autodesk’s employee impact program encourages and rewards employees to participate in a wide range of philanthropic activities with our donation matching program, paid time for volunteering, and special incentives for volunteering on nonprofit boards and during sabbaticals. Autodesk matches up to $3,000 in charitable donations per year for each employee, and grants employees four hours per month during company time to volunteer. Employees are free to choose how and where they spend their time and donations.
  • Autodesk Technology Centers: Autodesk Technology Centers reimagine the relationships between software, hardware, machines, people, and materials. Designers, engineers, artists, and product innovators can explore new ways of making things, using state-of-the-art production tools and machinery. There are 11 technology centers worldwide, which bring to life a shared vision of the future, transforming the industries that imagine, design, and create a better world around us.
  • Week of Rest: All US employees end their year with well-deserved time off between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. The annual Week of Rest is a fully paid benefit in addition to holidays and earned vacation. It gives employees the chance to reflect on the busy year while gearing up for a new one, and recognizes the hard work of employees throughout the year.
  • Paid Parental Leave: All eligible employees are entitled to six weeks of paid Paternal Leave. You don’t need to be a primary caregiver to qualify. Employees are eligible to use their leave time for up to one year from a baby’s birth or a child's adoption/foster care placement.
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Autodesk employee-led groups are made up of individuals who join together based on common backgrounds or dimensions of human diversity such as gender, race or ethnicity. Autodesk ERGs prioritize professional and personal development, external community work, recruitment, mentorship, and business development. Five Autodesk ERGs are open to all employees globally within Autodesk, and employees can join as many as they like.
  • Wellness Reimbursement: All full-time employees are eligible for a wellness reimbursement up to $300 per calendar year. The Wellness Reimbursement program is designed to encourage employees to think about and improve their health in a positive and holistic way. This reimbursement can be used for a variety of expenses including: fitness equipment, gym memberships, personal trainers, massage, acupuncture, and body composition analysis.
