Applicants who get our attention display professionalism, experience (when needed), good communication skills, and exhibit a passion for helping other people. We also look at overall fit for the culture and the position.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Auto-Owners is always open to hiring individuals who we feel will make us a better company. We are looking to fill these specific positions during this coming year: software developers, all IT positions, more than 100 intern positions, and catastrophic claim representatives.
