  • Technology discounts to keep you connected: AT&T employees are offered several fantastic discounts from both the company and key business associates. For example, employees get 50% off their wireless rate plan, including data, voice and text for all lines of service on up to two accounts. They also receive 50% off select accessories and specialty items, waived upgrade and activation fees, and waived credit deposits for up to four lines. On the entertainment side, employees receive free DIRECTV service, along with the highly sought-after NFL Sunday Ticket Max package. In addition, some of our top business associates offer employees discounts through the AT&T Preferred Customer Discount Program, which provides access to special prices on clothing, cars, electronics and hotel stays.
  • Developing our workforce & expanding opportunities: In 2016, $250 million was spent on employee training and about 20 million hours of training was invested. We provide personal and professional development opportunities through our award-winning AT&T University (TU). It features more than 300 online courses and a variety of career management tools. TU offers collaborations with Notre Dame, the University of Oklahoma, Udacity, Coursera and Georgia Tech. More than 25,000 enrolled since 2014 in courses that prepare for high-demand tech careers and the company provided $34 million in tuition aid for employees pursuing learning outside of AT&T. Leading with Distinction is our flagship leadership program for senior managers, frontline employees, and managers to strengthen connections, achieve alignment and facilitate culture change.   • Everyone can be a part of our innovation culture: The AT&T Foundry is a network of innovation centers designed to foster collaboration by bringing together leading innovators and cutting-edge technologies.
