  • Thanksgiving Turkey Deliveries: In order to thank its employees and celebrate the company's retail stores being closed on Thanksgiving, At Home sends turkeys to all store directors’ homes every year so they can enjoy the holiday with their families.
  • Summer Hours: Between Memorial and Labor Days, the Home Office observes Summer Hours and closes at 2 p.m. on Fridays so team members can spend valuable time with their families.
  • Corporate Culture: At Home nurtures a positive and inviting office culture. In addition to regular town hall meetings, they provide pizza parties, baking and cooking contests, costume contests and holiday office decorating. Employees are also individually recognized with anniversary and birthday celebrations. The 540,000 square foot office and warehouse space is designed to break down organizational silos and features an open floor plan, low-walled cubicles and floor-to-ceiling glass doors in every office, including those of the highest ranking executives.
