Perks and Programs

We asked Associa to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Asocia Cares: Associa Cares is a nonprofit charity that lives out our value of Family Spirit by supporting families and communities in crisis.  Funded entirely by tax-deductible donations of Associa employees and concerned citizens, it seeks to assist anyone in need as a result of natural or man-made disasters. We help people get back on their feet and recover as quickly as possible.
  • Associa Green: Associa is committed to increasing the environmental well-being of the communities we serve by promoting and facilitating products, services and programs that support "green" living. Through our Associa Green initiative, we're helping families live healthy sustainable lifestyles that are good for them and the earth.
  • Associa University: All Associa team members have access to personal and professional development opportunities through Associa University. There is flexibility in how the courses are delivered and employees can receive additional training online or through live courses offered in their offices or virtually.
  • Associa Supports Kids: Associa Supports Kids is a program that teaches children about safety and sponsors youth sports activities to help keep kids active. Associa provides families with important safety tips in and around the home.
  • The Great Giveback: The Great Giveback is a month-long endeavor that encourages employees in each location to engage in local community service projects of their choosing. Employees receive paid time off to work together to complete their chosen projects while also building family spirit and team camaraderie.
