  • Ardor Angels: Ardor Angels is our community outreach program that we are particularly proud of. We have fed families throughout south Florida, sent care packages to the Armed Forces, delivered toys to families in need and slept on the streets to raise awareness for homeless youth all within the last three years.
  • Ardor All-Stars: Ardor All-Stars is an internal employee recognition program in which co-workers nominate each other for going above and beyond. One person is recognized on a monthly basis and is rewarded with a gift card and at the end of every year we select the Employee of the Year who receives a special reward.
  • School Apple Award: The School Apple Award is a quarterly event where Ardor Health's School Division designs and develops an award to recognize the sales team's top producer's hard work and dedication in securing school contracts. New themes and contests are created each quarter to keep the event fun and engaging. Weekly updates are provided to the sales team to motivate and highlight their progress.
  • Team Building Events: Ardor takes pride in developing fun and motivating team building events throughout the year. A few we are particularly proud of include a company trip to Epcot, Ardor Olympics, leaving work early to bowl, a day at the movies, potluck lunches, karaoke work breaks, and dress up contests.
  • Personalized Birthday and Anniversary Celebration: Ardor takes the time to recognize every employees' work anniversary and birthday throughout the year. Each employee is made to feel special on their birthday by receiving a personalized card, balloon, and cupcake. When it comes to celebrating an employee’s anniversary, they receive a personalized card as well as a company-wide email from leadership announcing the number of years in service.
  • Holiday Gift Exchange: Every holiday season, Ardor Health employees participate in a company-wide gift exchange. Each employee picks the name of another employee and has to purchase a gift for them. There is a cap on price but this allows employees to use their creativity to find the perfect gift. It also helps employees get to know each other on a more personal level.
  • Annual Company Gala: At the end of the year, Ardor plans a grand event to honor all the hard work put forth by it's employees. During this time, we recognize all of our School Apple Award winners and employees' work anniversaries. We also honor all of our Ardor All-stars nominees from within the year and hand out a special award to the Ardor All Star of the Year.

We asked Ardor Health Solutions for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

The key characteristics that tell us someone will make a great fit for the company include many factors; however, what we look for most are individuals who are self-motivated and driven.  If speaking to a candidate who expresses they are interested in finding a position where they will be able to grow and develop for example, we know that we are on the same page. If looking for a prospective employee for a sales role, we want to ensure their motivation is aligned with what we can offer as far as compensation, commission structure, and opportunties for advancement. Overall, every day the goal is to find propects who are a good fit in our organization for any position where they will be successful and content. 

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Prospective employees can do many things, but the best thing to do to get our attention is to write a well worded email with a clean, up to date copy of their resume. They are always welcome to follow up their submission with a phone call. They can also reach out to your corporate recruiter through LinkedIn or Facebook. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are focused on building our Allied Recruiting team this year.  We are looking to bring on qualified recruiters who have experience staffing in the travel/temp industry. As we bring on recruiters to grow and expand the compmany, we will also develop our Account Eexecutive , Associate Recruiter, and Assisant supplemental staffing roles too. Not to mention, as talent comes forth and is referred, we are always open to interviewing and meeting with anyone qualified who is a great fit for any position.
