What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Ardor Health looks for individuals that are self-motivated, driven, and show a strong desire to be successful. The staffing industry is very fast-paced and can be stressful, so we want to find someone who manages pressure well, is direct and efficient, and not afraid to work hard. We look for candidates who are great at maintaining and building relationships--as we derive a lot of our business from networking and maintaining those connections--and we need to grow with people who are personable yet direct. Our staff works hard, and when the job is done well, we let loose and have fun. We look for employees with a great sense of humor and an upbeat attitude!
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
To get our attention, prospective employees should apply by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a well defined objective that clearly states what they can bring to our company. They should be themselves throughout the interview process. Ardor Health looks for candidates that can relax during the interview and show their true personality. While anyone can prepare for an interview and give all of the "right" answers to the average interview questions, we want someone who can give us insight into who they truly are and what they really want out of their career. We value prospective employees who tell it like it is, so be honest! We want to know the real you from the get-go!

This year Ardor moved to a larger office, giving us the room to expand and grow our recruiting and marketing team. Ardor Health Solutions is looking to hire recruiters with specific experience in healthcare staffing. We are always accepting resumes and looking for new talent!
