  • Community Service Program: Amobee’s “people-first” culture extends beyond the walls of our offices and into the communities around us. Amobee’s global employees participate in multiple, off-site volunteer days throughout the year, partnering with regional charitable organizations. Most recently, Amobee partnered with Casa Romero, The Surfrider Foundation and the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank. In 2015, Amobee volunteered over 1,500 hours.
  • Amobee Service Awards: As Amobee continues to evolve and grow as a thriving marketing technology company, it is vital to recognize the contributions that make the impossible, possible. The Amobee Service Awards Program celebrates the loyalty and commitment of employees by giving valuable and meaningful gifts to commemorate yearly milestones. Each item comes from a conscious vendor making a positive impact in the world. Service awards include Patagonia jackets, S’well water bottles, Tumi Carry-on luggage, and Bamboo Tornado pens.
  • The Amobee Academy: The Amobee Academy was developed to go beyond what is offered in a typical 9-5 job and create the experience of a lifetime for employees with learning, development and engagement focused programs. Training includes Management Development Series, in-depth product trainings and fully stocked libraries featuring development, business, women in leadership titles along with free access to Audible and The Academy is constantly innovating to create new experiences including “Office Spotlights” featuring local culture in a short video to connect employees worldwide, “Ask Me Anything” sessions where executives answer questions to maximize transparency, and the “Thank You Gram” program facilitating the opportunity for employees to recognize their peers with a personal card and lunch to express gratitude in person.
  • Amobee Torchbearer Program: The Amobee Torchbearer program is our most prestigious recognition program. Each quarter, one regional employee is nominated by peers, chosen by leadership and wins an all-expenses paid, week-long trip to visit another office anywhere in the world. They are immersed in the local culture, meet with executives and collaborate on current initiatives. At the end of the trip, the Torch Bearer passes the torch to the next chosen winner from the region they traveled to, to keep the flame alive and continue global connection!
  • Amobee Prize Wheel: Each office has a custom prize wheel that includes rewards like tickets for local attractions like Disneyland, pre-paid gas cards, Amazon, Zappos and Target gift cards, an option to share a prize with another employee and a $1000 cash prize, among other prizes. Employees have the opportunity to spin the wheel on their birthday and when they are selected in the company’s monthly global highlight email that focuses on peer nominated employees’ excellence the month prior.
  • Bar Cart: Every Friday afternoon, employees pair up to host a themed “bar cart” for an in-office happy hour. As the hosts of Bar Cart serve up fun and festive drinks it is an opportunity for bonding amongst employees.
  • Goal Achievement and Celebration: Amobee has a goal-setting culture: individually, team-based and company-wide. When goals are attained, the company celebrates and recognizes achievement with events like a day at the Del Mar horse races, local baseball games, beach days, wine tasting and happy hours.
  • Snacks, Lunches, Beverages: Each Amobee office is stocked with a variety of healthy snacks and beverages for employees to enjoy. Additionally, each month office birthdays and employee anniversaries are celebrated with catered lunches.
  • Office Spotlight: “The Office Spotlight” is a global email highlighting one Amobee office each month in an effort to bridge the distance between employees and create a point of reference and connection as a global community. Each Office Spotlight includes a 5 minute homemade video, giving employees a peek at local culture, a tour lead by executive leaders, day to day operations and what makes each office unique. We host the favorite local food and drink on the day the email is sent to create a cohesive experience across the globe!
  • Learning Resources: We aim to impact the employee experience from the time the wake up, jump in their car, bike or hop on the subway by offering learning resources that fit the on-the-go lifestyle.
