In addition, we partner with a third party organization to administer a talent assessment screening tool in order to ensure we are hiring top talent that fits our culture. All candidates take this talent assessment, on-line or via phone, which helps us understand if their inherent strengths and talents align with those needed to be successful here at Alliant. The assessment addresses a variety of questions to evaluate candidates’ personality traits, skills and potential to succeed at Alliant.
