What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We pay attention to candidates that are knowledgeable about our organization, who are dynamic with passion and have hunger to do more with a balance of having a servant’s heart. We value individuals that have done their homework on our business and culture and can showcase they are serious about their job search and finding the right opportunity.
One of MCC Supervisors said: “I typically look at a person’s energy from the start. I love candidates that are upbeat and energetic because that translates over to the phone extremely well. Personal motivation and drive are extremely important. I think you can tell when someone is truly motivated in their professional lives, or they are someone that just lives to have a job not a career. Finally, I love someone that is inspired. You can easily tell this based on their potential to answer the interview questions.”
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We are looking for candidates who share with us their strengths and values. We want to match our new employees with our culture. Alliant's goal is to secure the right fit.
