  • Telemedicine though MDLive: To save time and money, Alliant has launched MDLive, a telemedicine benefit offered to our employees and their family members. For only $40, our employees and their family members can consult with a board-certified doctor by phone, secure video, or MDLIVE App – anytime, from anywhere. MDLive doctors can assist and treat in most non-emergency conditions from the comfort of our employees’ homes.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA: Alliant’s goal is to offer our employees the best possible benefits program at low cost. To make that happen, annually Alliant funds $770 for individual coverage and $1,400 for family coverage into a Health Savings Account (HSA) for those employees enrolled in one of Alliant’s high-deductible medical plans. These funds are loaded in January in order to allow for employees to have sufficient funds in this account throughout the year.
  • Hyatt Legal Plans: To offer our employees a cost-effective way to obtain legal help, we have invested in a plan that provides access to attorneys at no charge for many legal services, including real estate transactions, creating or updating wills, creating or updating trusts and civil or criminal court proceedings.
  • Employee Assistance Program: ComPsych is a stand-alone employee assistance program that offers online, in-person or over-the-phone services to our employees as well as their dependents. Some of the many programs offered include wellness initiatives, mental health assistance, legal assistance, locator for daycare/ elder care, wedding planning and vacation planning.
  • Strengths Based Culture: Alliant respects individual differences and believes in developing the unique strengths of all employees. We engage all of our employees in StrengthsFinder assessments, coaching and training. We recognize the importance of developing the strengths of each of our employees. To gauge our success, we all participate in an employee engagement survey annually. Our team’s learning is supported through individual learning paths and development plans.
  • Alliant Wellness Program: Alliant values each of its employees and believes that their health is one of our top priorities. We also recognize that health is important to the health of our business. Because of this, Alliant offers a wellness program to help our employees achieve better health. To help make the commitment and get involved, Alliant offers incentives for participation in the program, as well as gym membership reimbursement program.
  • Credit Union Membership: We offer membership as a benefit available to all employees and their family members. As an Alliant Credit Union member, our employees receive high savings dividends and employee discount loan rates, as well as personal service and financial planning education. An employee may retain his/her membership after leaving the company on the basis of “once a member, always a member” status.
  • Pet Insurance: Alliant partnered with VPI pet insurance to help our employees protect their four-leg family members by offering 5% off coverage for pets. There are three plans to choose from. The pet insurance policies cover medical problems and conditions related to accidents and illness.
  • Employee Referral Program: At Alliant, we know that talent attracts talent and our employees know best what qualities it takes to succeed at Alliant. That is why Alliant offers a hiring bonus. If an employee refers a candidate for any of the open positions at Alliant, and we end up hiring them, he or she will be awarded $1,000 after the new employee has been at Alliant for six months.
  • Other Programs and Discounts: - ADP LifeMart – access to one of the largest members-only online discount shopping websites - AT&T – 22% off on qualified wireless services, equipment and more - Hotel Discounts – special rates at DoubleTree in Arlington Heights and Hilton Des Plaines locations - Dry Cleaning – 24-hour, 7-day a week dry cleaning service that was created to be easy to use and convenient. What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Our goal is to hire candidates who possess a passion for what they do and a high motivation to succeed. Our recruiting team works closely with hiring managers to evaluate each candidate thoroughly. In addition, we partner with a third party organization to administer a talent assessment screening tool in order to ensure we are hiring top talent that fits our culture. All candidates take this talent assessment, on-line or via phone, which helps us understand if their inherent strengths and talents align with those needed to be successful here at Alliant. The assessment addresses a variety of questions to evaluate candidates’ personality traits, skills and potential to succeed at Alliant.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
