We asked AgileCraft to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Free food and drink: Our offices are always stocked with food, drink, snacks and coffee. Forget your lunch, no worries, we have you covered!
  • Fit body Fit Mind: At AgileCraft we work hard but its important to keep your body moving as well. At the start of 2016 we kicked off our fitbit challenge. Everyone in the company was asked to participate and at the end of the year we will award our big winner for the most steps.
  • Friday Happy Hours: We are a geographically disbursed company but its important we all stay connected. Every Friday we have an optional virtual happy hour. People are welcome to join to drink a beer, water, whatever and talk about their week, overall strategy or whatever topic of choice comes up.
  • Semi Annual Company Trips: We plan to have our company meetings in interesting locals a couple of times a year.
  • Relax your dress and be comfortable: At Agilecraft we don't wear ties, except on very special occasions. Employees are encouraged to dress how they want - whether its baseball hats, flip flops, shorts or anything else, we want our team to feel free to just be themselves.
  • $7200 Annual Medical Coverage: We cover up to $7200 in our employees annual medical costs. In addition, vision and dental is provided for free to all employees and their families.
  • Stand up/Sit Down desks: Each employee is offered a stand up desk in their workspace. Sitting too much is bad for your health.
  • Company-wide Club: When we achieve our sales target we have different levels of trip for the whole company. If we over achieve family members are funded for travel as well.
  • Stocked Health Food: We supply organic healthy food for all in our office fridge.
  • Sabatical: We offer sabbatical for employees at their 6 year mark.

      What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

      We hire people who are humble, honest, hungry, and smart. If I we do that consistently, the we build a great and enduring organization.  IQ and values alignment are required as well but we look for team players first and foremost.
