  • AFN Great Idea Board: AFN created a webpage through which any team member can submit ideas to improve the organization, through cultural, technological, or process enhancements. A winning idea will be selected and the winner will receive $5,000.
  • Team Members of the Month and Year: AFN has an active recognition, and awards a Team Member of the Month as well as Team Members and Rookie of the Year. These awards are based on nominations made by AFN team members. The winners of the Team Member and Rookie of the Year awards receive $1,000 and additional PTO to put toward a trip, sporting event, or other outing with their spouse, family or significant other.
  • On-Site Gym: AFN's on-site gym features state-of-the-art equipment, steam rooms, showers, and towel service. The gym is open 24/7 for our team members to enjoy. A wide variety of fitness classes, from yoga to boot camp, are regularly offered.

  • Offsite Events: AFN hosts offsite Summer and Winter Events for team members.
