We asked Aeroflow Healthcare to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Friday After 5: Every Friday, we gather outside to celebrate the week and enjoy a beer together. Often times there is corn hole or a fire pit going as well.
  • Yoga: Every quarter, we bring in a Yoga Instructor to lead yoga once a week for 4-6 weeks.
  • Aeroflow Fit Camp: We have a trainer that comes in 3 days a week to offer a free fitness class to employees, spouses, and kids.
  • Community Service Days: After 1 year of employment, employees are eligible for up to 8 hours of paid community service time. After 2 years, employees are eligible for 16 hours.  You pay it forward, we pay you.
  • Aeroflow Success Summit: Once a quarter, we gather a panel of Aeroflow's best and brightest and discuss what it takes to succeed at Aeroflow. This give all of our employees an opportunity to hear from the people who are already doing it.
  • Community Garden: We have a community garden in the front lawn of our corporate location. The fruits and veggies grown are available for patients and employees to take home.
