What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Successful candidates understand the "AMD “hustle” once they interview.  They are passionate about healthcare and/or technology.  They want to better their careers and seek a long-term growth.  They have solid intellect to understand what it takes to work hard and play hard.  They see a company which gives them many different avenues for promotions and movements within the organization. Finally, they exhibit our FIT values (Flexible, Insightful, Trusted) through their behaviors and previous employment experience.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Show a track record of problem solving and positive outcomes in their previous employment.  Prospective employees need to complete their online profiles, paying attention to matching their experience to the position(s) for which they are applying.   Take the time to write a cover letter expressing their interest in the company and how they can contribute to our success.  Last, follow-up, be proactive, express genuine interest in joining AdvancedMD, and don't forget to take a minute to thank those who interviewed you - it will help you stand out from other applicants.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

AdvancedMD is always looking for techology talent in IT and engineering.  We recruit for new graduates through senior contributors.    B2B Sales talent is also high on our list.  We add incremental sales teams every year to cover a large addressable market.  Additionally, we are focused on candidates that are advocates for our Clients and provide stellar customer service as part of our Implementation, Support, and Revenue Collection Management departments.
